NEON TO FILE COMPLAINT WITH EUROPEAN COMMISSION
AUSTIN, TX. – June 24, 2010 – NEON Enterprise Software LLC, a developer
and distributor of computer software for IBM mainframe computers, announced today that
it plans to file a complaint with the European Commission aimed at IBM’s on-going
anticompetitive and abusive conduct.
Neon notes that two other companies, t3 Technologies, Inc. and TurboHercules SAS have
also filed complaints with the Commission.
Neon has filed a lawsuit in federal court in Austin, Texas, alleging that IBM has engaged in
conduct that disparages Neon and its product zPrime, unlawfully interferes with customers
purchasing zPrime and violates United States antitrust laws.
The United States Department of Justice is currently investigating IBM for violating United
States antitrust laws.

(IMS, DB2, CICS, TSO/ISPF and batch) to run on IBM’s equally fast, lower-cost zIIP or zAAP specialty
